This has by far been the best experience I've had at a storage unit. The staff is great, The price for the units is extremely reasonable, and my property is locked away safely with the updated security and lock system they installed. Although any staff member you speak to, including the DM, are extremely professional and dedicated to keeping your belongings safe, I have had most of my interactions with one team member specifically named Tamesha. She has gone above and beyond for me everytime I've needed anything and made moving my things into Lockaway Aurora a professional and seamless experience. I downsized and moved to a smaller unit. As I closed out the account on the larger unit I was helped by Devon to finalize the paperwork which was done before I got back home.
