I was a little reluctant to use them based on past reviews, but it was a great experience. I was there for 10 months and never had anything messed with. The lady in the office is super nice and lent me jumper cables and gave me a few extra days after I was supposed to be out because I couldn't find a key. Just started storing at the Outrig facility with on site repairs the beginning of winter. Brought out the trailer for an early camp trip and found multiple leaking fittings which threatened to end the trip before it began. The onsite repair manager and Charlie, a tech, were phenomenal. They stopped everything they were doing two days in a row (multiple leaks found) to fix both leaks. Charlie took the time to show me the tools, parts. and techniques for repairing the fittings and I immediately went home and overnighted all the tools and parts from Amazon. The next morning, before leaving, I found two more leaking fittings. Since I had the tools and know how, I fixed both in about 15 minutes and was on the road. Can’t thank these guys enough for their expertise and teaching. This location is clean, has several pull up spots close to the front loading unloading section and the manager (forgive me I forgot her name) is a rock star. She takes returning calls seriously and is extremely knowledgeable about how their payment process works. She’s easy to talk to and happy to answer questions. The pricing is very competitive for someone in a pinch which I think is important to note. The only bother I can mention is that when office staff is walking the facility or on break or whatever I wish they would put a sign on the office door when it’s locked so customers have an expected return time if they have questions or are looking to rent a unit.
