Storage units in Connecticut

I’m very happy with the facility and my storage unit. Ashley was so helpful and nice and made the process very easy!

We made an appointment to see the storage units in New Hartford on Sunday. When we arrived, we were greeted by David, who was very friendly, professional and prepared to show us the possibilities offered. During the tour, we were impressed with the facility and the manager’s helpfulness, knowledge and ability to to answer all of our questions. Needless to say, we signed! Thank you David!

This is one of the best storage places I’ve been to. Super nice people and very friendly. I’d recommend superior storage to everyone. 5 star place for sure.

Self Storage is a great place to store your things. The set up and moving my furniture into the storage unit was very easy. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to store your items.

Outstanding customer service! Lea, the office manager, went above and beyond to make my moving process smooth, stress-free, and accommodating. She handles everything with genuine care and professionalism. The facility is VERY clean, secure, and well-maintained. Highly recommend working with Lea and Prime Storage.

Tyesha is always very helpful and polite. She was very knowledgeable when first inquiring about a unit and had an answer for every question. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for storage temporarily or longer.

The moment I walked in, John was Full of great energy and excited to help. Despite going through life hardships, his energy made me forget for that moment and made me realize that everything was gonna be OK. I was in good hands and all my equipment would be too. He was very professional from beginning to end. I appreciate customer service like this.

My experience at Extra Space Storage was excellent! Ms. Jay was extremely helpful and made sure I had everything I needed to get things done. She was professional, kind, and very supportive throughout the process. I would definitely recommend Ms. Jay to anyone looking for great customer service at this location!

We were able to get my daughter a unit quickly and for a great rate. We use Extra Space Storage in NC so decided to use one here in CT. Jason was helpful and very thorough. Thanks for a great experience.

This place is super convenient, easy to access, and the facilities are always spotless and in perfect condition. I keep choosing this location mainly because of Erika; her customer service is simply exceptional and she always welcomes you with the best attitude. 100% recommended if you are looking for great service and an immaculate place!

I highly recommend Farmington Storage to anyone who needs a safe place to store their things. About a year ago, Miguel was hired as the new office manager, and I couldn’t be happier! He is always at the business during office hours and answers the phone wherever he may be on the property. Even after office hours, he responded when there was a problem with my passcode and I urgently needed access in the evening. Miguel is professional and friendly, and he finds positive solutions to any situation - and I’ve thrown several unusual ones at him over the past several months. The facility is spotless, extremely well maintained, and I never had to worry about my things being damaged by weather, bugs or critters. It’s well worth the little bit of extra cost for climate-controlled storage!

I rented a unit for a Short while. Leasing it was easy through the app. It was the perfect size for what I needed. I met 2 gentlemen who worked there. They were always pleasant. When it was time to end the lease it was incredibly easy. If I ever need a storage unit in the future I will definitely return to Radiant Storage.

Elaine was great at helping me find the right space at an amazing price!
