Storage units in Newburgh, IN, and nearby areas

Thanks we were very pleased with the service we received at the office

Quality storage units. Clean with concrete flooring and metal walls. Perfect place to keep any extras you have. Management is great and always treats the customer with respect. I had my unit for about a year and a half and never any issues. This is the best storage unit I've ever rented from. If I ever need a unit again in the Evansville area, this will be my choice.

Convenient location. Easy access. Helpful staff. I've been here for years and highly recommend it.

We have been using Store-N-Lock at this location for 14 years. A few minor issues that were handled. I will continue to use this location. It helps that the staff is friendly.

Nice place. But why do I always get stuck helping people move!?!?!

I have rented for almost two years. Have always experienced wonderful local customer service from Rita and Stevie! We no longer need the unit and will be “checking out” Thank you Stevie and Rita!

From the moment I made contact with Sky to inquire about EXTRA Space Storage I have been increasingly more impressed. I needed someone to guide me to know what I actually needed (nothing more/nothing less). Sky was knowledgeable, patient, and super helpful! I paid for my space, along with a one time start up fee $29 & a one time purchase of the lock (mine to keep). Wow, that went better than I expected! And I can check this off of my list! I received my confirmation email with my unit number. Downloaded the app and 2 days later visited the location for the 1st time. Impressed! The app offers a Bluetooth entrance feature to open the gate. Nice touch! The unit # was well labeled and had a zip to secure it. I broke the zip tie, lifted the door to the perfectly clean 10x15 unit. The easy to use lock & 2 keys were located in the “Welcome” bag. This is EXACTLY what I needed to move my project forward! I want to list my house in the next 3 weeks, need to in junk my garage, clean out closets, and think out some furniture to stage the house. Mind you, I’ve been talking about this plan for 2 years. Slowly purging this & that but never feeling like I was making a dent, especially in the garage! This time to list is here and this EXTRA Space Storage was exactly what I needed! I have a drive up unit that is not temperature controlled. The aisle is well lit with light sensor lighting. Today, I received a courtesy call from Timothy the Location Manager! He just wanted to know if I needed anything or had any questions! One more reason to be impressed and very pleased. I am a first time happy customer.

I just rented over the phone with Jackie at the Evansville, Indiana - Washington Avenue property - let me just say AWESOME !!! She made the experience quick and easy and she was very personable on the phone ! I highly recommend talking with Jackie, I told her all my needs in the office yesterday and she gladly went over all the scenarios with me to find a perfect solution for my needs !! Speaking of yesterday, she showed me at least 3 or 4 units all over the property and never once made me feel like I was wasting her time - a very rare experience these days - Jackie was a joy to work with - I’d give 6 stars if I could !! …and no I do not know Jackie at all, this is a real review

This storage facility is very clean. The customer service is top notch. Would recommend!

All though brief, I still had a great experience at Public Storage. It turn out that my situation had changed and I had to cancel my storage unit that I had recently booked. Julie, the manager at Public Storage was very helpful and understanding of my situation. She took care of me and I appreciate that. Thank you Julie! You're awesome ?? I will keep Public Storage in mind for any future storage plans.
