Seamless check-in that was completely online. I received all the gate codes via email and my storage locker was clean and ready when I arrived. This storage facility has proprietary locks so you will need to purchase one before you can unload your items. The staff answered all of my questions and walked me through the process. I’m not sure about other levels, but in the basement there were no diagrams on the wall to help you locate your locker or how to return to the elevator.
