North Star Mini Storage in Shoreview is a wonderful place! We rented a unit here for my mother's things when she downsized her home, and it's been fantastic. The facility is clean, affordable, and equipped with great modern features like contactless gate access and individual unit alarms, things we didn't even realize we were missing. I've stored at other places before, where rates would jump aggressively every 3-4 months, and they lacked these conveniences. At North Star, we've only had one small $5 monthly increase over 18 months, which felt completely fair. The staff truly stands out! Mike in the office is always so helpful and kind. He went out of his way for my ailing mother whenever she came by, he'd walk out to her car to chat and pick up her check so she didn't have to get her walker out and go inside. She actually looked forward to paying in person just so she could visit with him. 10/10 customer service and a top-notch facility ta boot. I highly recommend North Star Mini Storage in Shoreview.

Courtney was amazing to work with, from move-in to move-out. When we moved into our unit, they provided a complimentary vehicle to help move our things, a map of where our unit was located, and all sorts of helpful information. Stor is bright, clean, and even cheerful. Staff were reliable, reponsive, and excellent communicators. Pricing was transparent every step of the way. While we're grateful to live in a home where we no longer need a storage unit, we are going to miss our experience at Stor. If we need to rent a storage unit in the future, we will definitely return here!

My son rented a unit from the Oakdale locations and because of some unforseen circumstances some friends and I had to make sure the unit got cleaned out. Everyone we worked with was very professional and easy to work with. I especially worked with Jessie most often. I had a very pleasurable experience and will definitely recommend renting if you need storage. My son also said he was pleased the whole time he rented with them. If we good give more stars we would definetely deserving of a 5+ rating!
