Jairo at Public Storage made this one of the easiest, smoothest experiences I've had in a long time. Super friendly, incredibly helpful, and a great communicator from start to finish. He answered every question, made the whole process seamless, and genuinely cared that we got the right unit. The Silas Creek location is convenient and has a great mix of both outdoor and indoor units. We ended up choosing an indoor unit, and it's been perfect. If you're looking for storage, I definitely recommend this location. Huge thanks to Jairo for making something that could've been stressful so easy. You're awesome!

So far, everything was done online. Someone did reach out, but I was unavailable. However, everything was 100% correct, and dropping off my car for storage was a piece of cake.
