The service is exceptionally friendly, and the pricing is highly competitive. After three years of renting with them, it has consistently been a pleasure to engage their services.

Paula runs the main office at this location and is exceptionally helpful. 1. She helped me setup my reservation easily before I moved out here. 2. She was very thorough in offering explanations of the process, costs, available discounts, and all other concerns when signing up. 3. She was very forthright in helping when there were issues with the gate code. Her care and attentiveness has made my overall experience far smoother than it would have been, and far better than previous facilities I've used.

Five Stars for Weaverville Storage – and Especially Jose! My husband and I have been displaced from our home since Tropical Storm Helene on September 27, and in that time, we have had to navigate a wide range of customer service experiences, many of them extremely disappointing. That is why our experience with Weaverville Storage, and particularly with Jose, stands out as exceptional. Jose is everything you hope for in a manager: kind, responsive, and full of integrity. He took the time to patiently clarify all the details of our rental agreement, ensuring that everything was upfront. Our unit was ready, spotlessly clean, and exactly as promised. The pricing was consistent: no surprise fees or last-minute changes. When we encountered an issue locking one of the two units we had rented, I called Jose, and he arrived within five minutes! The unit was repaired in less than 24 hours. That level of responsiveness is rare and deeply appreciated. In a time when customer service seems devalued, Jose is a refreshing exception. His professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail are beyond commendable. He should offer a class on how to treat people. Businesses everywhere could learn something from the way he operates. This facility has my highest recommendation.

I dont give 5 star reviews to anyone but Lisa at this facility definitely deserves it she has great customewr service , I have been there for about 6 months and she has helped me from moving in, to getting the rock locks at s moment notice, answering regular calls made as well as returning them and various other thingsits because of her I am extending my storage

Made a last minute decision to get a storage for my business! I did everything online and it was seamless, my payment breakdown was included and everything! When I got to the property the ladies were extremely accommodating!
