I really appreciate how clean the facility is, as well as, the climate control. My belongings were secure and untouched when Helene hit, which was a huge relief! The staff is great, and the manager, Julie, is amazing and always there to help!

I have had a very pleasant experience here. Setting up my storage unit was a smooth process. The lady was very nice and I feel she thoroughly explained everything. She took me to my unit and showed me how to properly lock and unlock my unit. She also took me to the entrance to make sure my code worked. I thoroughly appreciate the gracious hospitality and outstanding customer service.

Satisfied customers for years!! We have been very pleased, especially with the EXCELLENT customer service! Lighting is great for late night shop work. Units are very well insulated and we have never had a mositure problem with anything stored inside. No signs or issues with rodents. Love the oversized roll up doors which make RV storage a breeze. Safe area for all your storage needs! We've never had any problems but thankful for the gated entrance and lots of video surveillance. Definitely recommend Mega Indoor Storage!!!!

It was super easy to rent a unit, online rental process was straightforward, no waiting or having to speak with someone, no confusion as everything was explained and straightforward. Easy to find the unit once arrived, was sent lock combination in good time, they even have an app that remotely opens the gate upon arrival by just using your phone. The unit itself was very clean and the facility was easy to navigate and in a very easy to find location. Good deals too which made it very affordable. All in all best place I found and would definitely reccomend.

I love them. The customer service is A1. They definitely work with you and are very understanding. Reilly Road location they are the sweetest. They definitely communicate if anything is going on with the units as well. I’ve been with them for 4 years now and I highly recommend them
