Storage units in North Carolina

Great people, great prices. Great units.

Great place for U-Haul trailers. Mike really went beyond the call to make a great trailing experience. It was the first time we towed something in our current vehicle but Mike took great care to give us excellent advice and service.

Service is great and the manager Donna is outstanding

Eric is super helpful.

Kim is great. We had some issues with a reservation, but she fixed it and now we have the storage unit that meet our needs.

Julie was awesome. I stopped by to see what suit my moving needs. She walked me out , but climate controlled space weren’t available at this site. She was so friendly and kind. She sent me to the Cone location to speak with Luann and I found what I was looking for.

I highly recommend this storage provider! While some people may think all storage companies are about the same, and that the only difference is a matter of price, I can assure you that it is the people managing the location that makes the difference. Travis, at the Old Battleground Rd. location, is outstanding and a huge credit to this storage location. The customer service he offers is top-notch. He is informative, helpful with providing you the storage space you need (not over-selling space just to make an extra $), and super-accommodating when special storage needs arise. AAA Storage on Old Battleground Rd. is the absolute best in the Greensboro area.

Great overall service, easy to reserve online, good price convenient hrs.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Morning Star Storage! As a nonprofit organization, Power of Love Resource Group, we are always praying for partnerships that truly care and this experience was exactly that. Morning Star Storage generously sponsored us, and it has been such a blessing to our mission and the community we serve. A very special thank you to Gewina. From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely listened to our needs. She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, and her compassion truly stood out. Because of her support and willingness to help, I actually ended up leaving with two units to better serve our growing outreach. It’s rare to find businesses that not only provide a service but also lead with heart. Morning Star Storage is one of those places. I am beyond grateful for their generosity and highly recommend them to anyone looking for storage with excellent customer care. Thank you for supporting our mission and making a real difference in the community!

Shauntee is a very knowledgeable and pleasant employee . I had a wonderful experience with this business! The customer service was exceptional, and the Shauntae was friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to making sure I was satisfied. She were attentive, helpful, and made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. It’s refreshing to receive this level of customer care. I truly appreciate the great service and would definitely recommend this business to others!

Highly recommend checking this facility out! I was just looking at options today, but I will definitely be back to secure a unit soon. What really made the experience stand out was Emily. She was absolutely awesome—super knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Great customer service!
