Super simple process. I literally walked in to inquire about a storage unit, looked at the available units, and within minutes I was unloading my truck. The units were clean and dry, my 2 biggest concerns. Brittany was amazing, she was a great help. I definitely would recommend .

5 stars for Zak and this Extra Space Storage location. I recently rented a new storage unit here and Zak made the entire process incredibly easy. He gave me the most competitive pricing I found in the area, was punctual with my initial phone call, and immediately worked with me to set up an appointment. When I arrived, he took the time to walk me through the property, explain the different options, and make sure I understood everything before moving forward. He was kind, professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of my time without ever making the process feel rushed or sales-driven. The property itself was well maintained and the entire experience gave me confidence that I was choosing the right location. Good customer service can make a big difference with something like storage, and Zak represents this location extremely well. I would strongly recommend this Extra Space Storage location and specifically recommend asking for Zak if you have the opportunity to work with him. Excellent experience from start to finish.

The facility, just two years open, still has a newness about it; secure, very clean and well maintained. Linda (and Pat) were very pleasant to speak with and were most accommodating with my needs. So far they've made the experience of storage stress free as possible. They're also quite efficient with their follow-up Customer Service. Highly recommended but units are going fast!

What a pleasurable experience I had during a not so pleasurable circumstance! Nicole was so thorough, put my mind at ease, explained everything in detail and walked me through the process. She understood my fear of the elevator and was sure to place me on a level I did not need to utilize elevators. I’m elated I chose this facility to store my items during a challenging time!
