This was such a perfect experience. Working with the storage manager, Amanda, made everything from choosing the best plan to pulling into the storage unit effortless. Her knowledge, patience, wonderful attitude all added to her high level of professionalism! While working with her I was thinking If she was on my team she would be recommended to manage and train the team. Then when I asked she told me that she is the DTL!!! I’m not surprised ??

This past Sunday (5/3/2026), I purchased a storage unit online at Public Storage in West Creek, and I was honestly surprised by how quick and easy the process was. I was so excited that I packed up my car and headed straight over. When I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised again by how easy it was to get through the gates and doors. The app can be a little wonky since service in the area is a bit spotty, but the gate codes work perfectly fine and it didn’t bother me at all. Once inside, I found a cart right away and loaded up my things. Even though it’s a large facility and I expected it to be hard to find my small unit, it was actually very easy. The building was quiet and clean, and I was extremely pleased with the overall condition. When I got to my unit and unloaded everything, that’s when I ran into an issue — the cylinder key wouldn’t fit in the lock. I honestly thought it was user error at first. I called a friend and a family member to try it, and when none of us could get it to work, I realized something was actually wrong with the door. I couldn’t lock up my belongings, which was obviously concerning. The next morning around 9:30, TRACEY completely saved the day. She greeted me right away — happy, kind, and incredibly helpful. We went up to my unit together to see what was going on. She explained that before it became Public Storage, the facility used different cylinder locks that were specifically fitted to the doors. When ownership changed, new locks were provided, but some units hadn’t yet been modified to fit the updated locks. Most had already been adjusted, but a few were missed (which happens!). Tracey took the time to fix my unit right then and there so the lock would work properly. Not only that, but she even checked other empty units to make sure they didn’t have the same issue. I truly did not expect that level of care and follow-through. She genuinely cared about getting the problem resolved, and she made sure everything was secure before I left. I also learned they’re currently short-staffed, with two people splitting time between two locations and doing everything they can to keep things running smoothly. I’ll admit, I was initially very frustrated — but seeing how quickly and professionally the issue was handled reminded me that we’re all human and doing the best we can. Thank you, Tracey, for going above and beyond. I’m beyond impressed with how this was handled and I’m very happy I chose this facility to store my belongings. Highly recommend! Also, shout out to JOHN as well for returning my call on Sunday while the facility was closed. Thank you again!!

great storage center in Red Bank. but i wanted to call out the exemplary customer service from the attendant at the desk, I don't know his name, but he is the friendliest guy in terms of the way he handles customers. he is helpful and accommodating every time I go in. it makes a difference.

My experience at this public storage with Sam was great! Good customer service, smooth process, fair pricing, and clean facility. Couldn’t be happier
