I am very flattered to write a review about Centerville Storage on Clyo. First of all, allow me to talk about the architecture of the building.The exterior and interior are completed so properly that you can definitely see it with your own eyes. The storage units are available in all sizes, without any discrimination. Whatever item you need to store, you will find a suitable size for it. In addition to the sophisticated cameras they have at every corner, you will find a charming bathroom not too far from your storage space. When you are in there, you feel safe, which makes it even more relaxing to spend time organizing things in your storage space. The area is very safe; the Centerville police come by to make sure you're okay. BRAVO, Popo! When you enter the building, whether it's your first time or your fifth, first of all, you have all kinds of snacks that invite you in. Then, when you enter the office, it feels like they already know you. The first impression they give you is, "HEY, you're not alone in this situation; we're here to help you and make the transition very smooth and quick." No personal questions asked, no hassle. They offer you the best deal they have to welcome you home. "Wherever your belongings are, that's where your heart is." I'm just saying! ?? The first time I met Holly, she was so enthusiastic, kind, and very understanding; she made my integration so easy—without prejudice, without discrimination, without hassle. It was as easy as a Sunday morning. I have to tell you, these people are really here to help, not to judge. I really love everything that comes with this beautiful and sophisticated place. It's a place you can definitely call home, no matter how long you stay. Thank you, Holly and the family, for making me feel happy to be part of this beautiful home.

I used Germantown Self Storage for my RV for over 4 years. The location is convenient and property is well maintained. I was always pleased with the safety and security at this location. I highly recommend. (Miss Laura is a is a great property manager and has good insights on who to contact if you need your RV winterized or serviced after a summer season of use).

This location is clean and safe and Lee Ann, the manager is helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this location for your storage needs.

We rented a unit to store items as we acquired them for our new school. The set up process was simple and we've had no issues. It's convenient and accessible with no unsavory individuals loitering. I was, however, disappointed that we signed up under a one month free promo. Unfortunately, we signed up on the 21st of the month and were charged on the first of the following month. Therefore, we did not reap the benefits of the promo. It would behoove Storage of America to consider offering a complete 30 days free (or a comparable amount off) rather than prorating to the first day of the month. That would have really benefited a small start-up business like ours. The only other promo I've seen is for referrals.
