Storage units in Tennessee

I talked to a guy named clayton, and he was very helpful entering all my questions that I had. Very nice young man.

Susan at the White House Tn location is so nice and very professional I highly recommend them!

Great help got in and out quickly!

Clean, easy-to-use, and excellent service.

Fast and easy the employee made it simple and to the point outstanding customer service.

Devon came through when another storage company almost doubled the rent after three months. Tyneisha Sanchez has helped me multiple times with small issues and has been courteous, responsive, kind, and professional. I was surprised to learn that she wasn’t the general manager. She should be!

I recently chose Smart Move - Hermitage because the customer service provided by the manager Tawnia and associate Michael exceeded all my expectations. I have been with another company for less than two years and my rate raised a total of $218.00. I was looking for a better option with a company who cares about their customers and I found that place here! The facility is extremely clean and has awesome technological advances that add an extra layer of security for my things. I was treated with absolute respect and compassion and will definitely recommended this facility to my friends and family looking for a great storage place!

Easy to deal with.

Wonderful location, not far from where I live, the pricing is actually affordable and the manager Dustin is very professional, informative and kind. Thank you

Easy to work with. Very clean facility. Enjoyed using the app for access and the availability of flat dolly's for client use.

My family member and I went to check this location out and meet a lady named Pernetric I hope I spelled it right. She was so helpful and pleasant and funny. She explained everything on how the process works. She broke down the process , the fees and location was nice too. If it wasn’t for her taking lead walking us through this we would’ve left. Thank you for having a welcoming attitude and being so professional. I will recommend to my friends.

Very nice and very courteous

Ashley- Thank you for checking on us today-

Christine was exceptional and very helpful and knowledgeable.

Herlinda was excellent

Angie made things very easy!

Top tier service, management is amazing and one of the only and best places for 24hr service. Would highly recommend.

I've been renting here for over 2 years, and recently I had an issue when I tried to move to a different unit and Wes went out of his way to facilitate this and I can't express how grateful I am for the wonderful job he does and how much he cares about that job. Thanks so much. I love this place.
