I wanted to share my experience with Midgard Self Storage in Springfield. When I first arrived, I’ll be honest—I was a little thrown off because there wasn’t a physical manager on-site, just the virtual check-in system. After being told someone would be there, it initially felt a bit unsettling. That said, once I connected with the virtual assistant, everything completely turned around. Mary M was absolutely fantastic. She walked me through everything, explained the facility, security, and rental process, and even helped ensure I was assigned the correct units (since the website was auto-assigning different ones). She went above and beyond—helping with setup, making sure my contract, ID, and insurance were all properly handled, and following up to ensure everything was smooth. The level of customer service she provided remotely honestly exceeded expectations. Even though the experience started with some hesitation, it ended on a very positive note thanks to Mary M. If you’re comfortable with a virtual setup, you’ll be in great hands. Thank you again, Mary M!

I've been a Springfield Mini Storage customer for awhile. I've found them polite, courteous and helpful..always...going above and beyond to answer an old gal's dumb (probably) questions. We never end a call without them wishing me a nice day, evening or weekend, as the case may be. I've never dreaded having to call with a question or to make a payment. I had the most wonderful and easy experience I have had in a long time when it came to renting a storage unit today. Matt was amazing and it felt like I was doing business with an old friend! SROA is lucky to have Matt and I hope they appreciate him. If you need any help renting a storage unit Matt is your man!

Clean, reliable, and convenient. It also helps that the storage units offer climate control for things that need to be at a specific temperature. If you’re looking for storage in the area, this is the place to go!
