Storage units in Texas

Affordable and Secure.

I can honestly say that Kristie and Maria are a huge reason I have remained a customer at Public Storage. There have been moments over the past year when I seriously considered moving out, but the level of customer service, kindness, and genuine care they have shown me has kept me here. They have consistently made things convenient, listened when I needed someone to actually hear my concerns, and, most importantly, helped me when I truly needed help. That kind of customer service is becoming harder and harder to find. They don't just make me feel like another storage unit number or monthly payment—they make me feel like a valued customer. I appreciate the way they take care of me, the patience they've shown, and their willingness to help find solutions when I've needed them. Google only allows me to give 5 stars, but if I could give Kristie and Maria more, I absolutely would! They have earned every single one. Thank you both for taking such great care of me and for being the reason I've continued choosing Public Storage. ??

Very friendly staff. Small business feeling, they are easy to work with. Had a unit here for a few years and never had an issue. They send out email reminders about their holiday hours allowing you plan accordingly incase you need to grab something. Would highly recommend.

Christopher was very helpful. Thanks for all of the information also.

Ben at the Public Storage on Ross Avenue was fantastic. He stayed helpful the whole time we were there — jumping in with carts, helping with cleanup, and making the move so much easier. Friendly, patient, and genuinely glad to help. Really appreciate the great service. Highly recommend this location, especially if Ben is working.

Cheryl goes above and beyond to accommodate her customers. 10/10

I have had no problems with this place so far it’s very nice and clean and it’s easy to get in and out and provide carts for you to put your stuff on to get it to your unit and they have elevators to get you a different floors and it’s nice and cool in here so I really like it and I’m glad I’ve chose it
