They were very easy to work with. They gave me a great rate for our storage building and I love that they have the option to prepay for 6 mos. Everyone was very friendly. The grounds & buildings are very clean and well lit.

The folks at Aztec Storage and the facilities themselves have been indispensable for my storage needs in Houston! Every employee I have interacted with, either by phone or email, has been friendly and super helpful. The storage facility hours are very reasonable, locating and accessing the unit was extremely simple, thanks to the staff's clear and concise communication. Payments were easy and reasonable (I had mine on autopay, which was great!). Location, for me, was perfect. **PRO-TIP: If you need to donate some things to clear out, the Goodwill donation center around the corner from the 34th St. Aztec location is super convenient and the all the workers there are delightful!** If and when you are no longer in need of the storage unit, the checkout process is very streamlined - a simple email from the 'Contact Us' section of Aztec's website set everything in motion for my very transparent and hassle-free check-out. If I lived in Houston and still had need of a storage unit there, I absolutely would have stuck with Aztec. I cannot thank y'all enough for your service!

Rented a unit last month. Michael was efficient and helpful. Provided just the right amount of assistance. I found out the roof leaked in my unit. I was relocated to the unit of my choice with zero hassle. This is an older facility, but the service and location are ideal.
