I spoke to Yesenia with Otter Self Storage and she was one of the most easy going helpful costumer services lady I’ve ever spoken to. We were able to find the correct storage unit location and size for my needs at an affordable price and for that I’m very grateful. Thank you Yesenia!

Was super easy to rent a unit! Jojo was so helpful and informative (: the place is clean and in good condition, and the service was smooth.

Great experience

Randi was super helpful. She made the whole process super easy. I looked a plenty of other places and none of them felt welcoming. Randy had such amazing customer service. Very informative, so glad I chose to go with dallas secure. Storage and warehouse.

An outstanding group of individuals and a truly exceptional location.

Teresa was patient and kind enough to hear my concerns and she was really helpful tp find a solution for me. I appreciate her for going above and beyond to help me out. I recommend this location.

Bet clean and professional

Great covered parking. I love how there’s a dump station and water at the front. Useful when you stay somewhere that’s not full hookup and the line is too long for dump station when you leave park. The location is convenient and customer service is top notch!

I’ve been with Just A Closet Self Storage for about two years now, and I’ve had a great experience! I originally planned on only needing storage for about six months, but life has a way of changing plans. Through all the different chapters, I’ve really appreciated the convenience and great service they provide. I met with Tish today, and she was so helpful! She took the time to show me different units so I could find a smaller option that better fits what I need now. The staff has always been friendly and helpful, and I’ll definitely continue using Just A Closet through whatever life brings next. Highly recommend!
