Peggy was amazing made sure I fully understand and got me and in out

I was moving from out of state and had been working with a lot of people at various storage places, so I was really worried about finding a great spot. I’m so glad I chose this location! I actually messed up my move-in date, so everything was last minute, but Macy was able to get me set up and more in very quickly, so I don’t think I could have found a better place!

I have used Extra space storage for many years in Baytown Texas. I needed a place to store pictures etc. for my daughter after she and her husband relocated to another state. The location is great and it created much needed space in my house once I was able to store her things. I have been sick for a few weeks and was late making the payment this month and I was touched by how kind and understanding Brittany was when I was finally able to call her this afternoon. She was very kind and understanding ?? the customer service is excellent and I wanted Brittany to know how much I truly appreciated her. Great customer service is very rare this day & time so I truly appreciated her kindness and understanding ??

Lou was amazing in helping me in replacing my key after losing them.
