Storage units in Texas

Always so friendly and feels very clean and safe! I’d certainly recommend to protect and store your things without a concern.

Daniel was great service and so helpful on selecting our unit

I can’t say enough good things about Olaf and Josh. They’ve helped me on three separate occasions, and every single time they’ve gone above and beyond. The first time, I was driving into the state and wasn’t going to arrive until after the office had closed. They accommodated me so I could still access the facility and unload my U-Haul that was packed with my belongings. The second time, I realized I needed a larger storage unit. I called ahead, and they handled everything over the phone. By the time I arrived, all of the paperwork was ready, making the entire process quick and effortless. Most recently, I accidentally left the keys to my storage lock 2½ hours away. They were able to open my unit so I could replace the lock and access my belongings without having to make a five-hour round trip. I truly can’t express how grateful I am for everything Olaf and Josh have done for me. Their customer service is exceptional, and it’s clear they genuinely care about helping their customers. I also highly recommend this facility. It is incredibly clean and well maintained, especially considering how long it’s been open. I always feel safe storing my belongings here. There are security cameras throughout the property, and access is controlled with coded entry, which gives me a lot of peace of mind. If you’re looking for a storage facility with outstanding customer service and a secure, well-maintained property, this is the place.

I'm relieved to have all of my belongings closer to where I live! Making a commute from Lewisville to Arlington was a pain! But Yessii helped make my move convenient as possible! I didn't know what size unit I needed and she was able to help me choose the right one based off me telling her what I had and needed to store alongside of providing excellent customer services and a very friendly conversation! I'm very satisfied with my decision and even happier to be saving 150+ dollars a month in storage cost!

I was having a problem locking my storage unit last night at the Ware Rd location . . This morning Alicia called me to find out what the issue was having. She mentioned Jerry was there today and would fix the problem for me .Jerry replaced the latch and adjusted the door now working properly. Alicia and Jerry were very helpful.

Great work guys keep it up

Wonderful customer service with Misti. I highly recommend her as a property manager

Moving units and Kelly was kind enough to get our new unit closest to our old one. Very friendly and kind staff! 10/10 would recommend ??

Amazing customer service! Bill went out of his way to help me with all that I needed today changing units. He made it so easy!

Great place. Excellent location, great people.

Love the way you reached out to see how everything was when I went to visit my storage...Thanks

The people here are so friendly and helpful.

Raylene was very helpful and informative concerning the entire rental process. The storage building and unit was clean; the loading dock was large and covered; dollys were available for moving heavy items; the elevator and automatic lighting worked very well; the bathrooms were clean. I recommend bringing your own trash bag since the only trash cans I saw were in the bathroom.

Very nice, and secure.
