This is the only time I have had a major problem with Public Storage the issue I'm having with them is I made 2 payments for my locker the first payment was $35.00 for 24 hour access and the second payment was the normal rent and 24 hour access together and that was $74.00 so they say that I owe $25.00 for what I have no idea and they have started something that they will lose with me and as usual the property manager Marty comes through with the save to let me know what the payment is for and I can't thank her enough for the help. Another month and I don't have any problems with the storage company and I still think that the management is one of the best that I have ever had and Marty is great and can't thank her enough for the continuous support she has given not only to me but others that are staying with her through these trying times. I haven't been to my storage locker much lately but I stay in contact with the manager and she keeps me up to date about my unit and if I have to do anything that is necessary for me to keep my storage locker so I have a place to store my belongings I've never had any trouble with any of the employees who work at the storage locker and thank them for the service they have provided me with.

I’m sorry I don’t have any pictures, but it was clean very clean! And everything worked the way it was supposed to work. Next time I’m there I’ll take a picture. Also the dumpster wasn’t overflowing. The gates didn’t give me any problems and all is well.

Easily accessible and great location. Staff is friendly and helpful also!

Very clean storage. Easy rental setup. Climate controlled storage is amazing - actually feels cool inside, which was a huge improvement from our last climate controlled storage that we rented from a different company.

Brittany was very helpful!

Unfortunately I needed to find storage abruptly for a 3 bedroom house. Luckily Smart Space was there to help. I realized AFTER I started unloading the truck that I needed a bigger storage unit because I wasn’t going to have enough space for all of my belongings. I went into the office and explained all of this after checking the price for a bigger unit online. The lady told me that I could still use a promotional offer even though I was switching units. That’s great business and awesome customer service as this saved me a significant amount of money as opposed to what I was originally going to have to pay. They have always been helpful and friendly every time I’ve gone out there to access my belongings. I’m so glad that after reviewing all of my options, I opted to have my unit here at this facility. I have never had to worry about anything with this facility.
