I have had a storage unit for many years and always have been happy.

I would highly recommend Princeton 380 Storage. We had great experience with this location. Very Nice and Cool Storage and clean. Stephanie is a great person helpful with very things you need. Thank you Stephanie ?? for bing a good friend and helpful.

Amber is the Greatest she goes above and beyond for her customers!! She is the nicest I’ve met. She deserves her flowers because she is a great accessory to the company and the customers!!!! AMBER ROCKS!!!!!!

Shá really makes this place. If my storage experience overall ends up being half as good as her, I'll be very satisfied.

It is super rare to see a storage unit company with a near 5-star rating, but Extra Space Storage at 4114 Central Expy deserves it! Fantastic, friendly, efficient service. Easy in and out. Clean units that actually have locks that work. And fantastic unit availability and pricing. Dustin helped me with both my move-in and move-out. I got a vehicle unit which is hard to find in Dallas. He was friendly, efficient and timely - I had total peace of mind leaving my vehicle there for a few months while traveling. Thanks so much for amazing service, location and pricing! Highly recommend Extra Space over Public Storage. Hands down. Will be using this location only moving forward

I rented a u-haul from Storage King USA. They had three sizes available to choose from at the time, which was nice and there were no issues for the truck over the course of the 48 hours I had it. The office manager David is very professional and accommodating.

The best storage place in Athens, TX get with AJ the property manager, she is very professional and the customer service is definitely 5-Star, this company is fortunate to have her on their team. BH Andrus

Move in date 2/28- I would like to elevate this feedback to corporate leadership. Becky and Mary have been two of the most impressive individuals I’ve encountered since relocating to Longview. While this transition has been challenging, both of them consistently went far beyond expectations to ensure my move was supported and successful. Their professionalism, compassion, and commitment made a significant difference. Becky, in particular, demonstrated exceptional service. I rarely write positive reviews, but her efforts deserve recognition at the highest level. She represents the company with excellence, and I am sincerely grateful for the outstanding support provided by both Becky and Mary.

Check in and move in was a smooth quick process. The manager was there to help us out and they even called a few days later to assure our move in went well! That definitely is customer service above and beyond at its best! Definitely recommend!

Sara was very knowledgeable and helpful during the rental process.
