Storage units in Texas

Rachel was very helpful, efficient & professional.

I needed to find a good enclosed storage solution and did not want to have to drive hours to get there. An internet search brought me to Texas Secure Storage, so I called the number to ask about availability and to get it set up. Once I had the paperwork filled out, Tim called me to welcome me as a customer, and make sure I had everything I needed to move in. After I got everything loaded into the unit, Tim called again to make sure I didn't have any issues and to reassure me that he is just a phone call away if I need anything. The storage unit itself is clean, meets the size requirements, and everything is in good shape. The lot is in a nice, quiet part of town, and the other renters that I have met as I have gotten up there to organize have been great people. This is a nice little hidden gem of a storage facility and I look forward to being a customer for a long while. Great service and a great location.

I stopped by the store to get some information for my father-in-law. The ladies in the office are so nice and friendly. I looked at 2 different units & I noticed how the hallways are very clean, no trash. That’s a plus! Corinna was very professional and VERY knowledgeable! The facility is very clean! I’m hope the info I received my father in law will chose this place for his storage needs!!
