Storage units in Texas

Got an issue with the power box in my unit and until now still no update. I spoke to Joy last few days and she was very professional at her job informing me about their process with the manager on site. Thank you

Our experience with Safe and Secure Storage in Waco came about because our daughter is attending Baylor University. During the summer she moved out of student housing and put her things in the indoor storage. She came back after summer and picked her things up no problem, no drama. I found the monthly fee reasonable and the managers easy to talk to and ask questions if I needed. I liked the account portal they set me up with. I was easy to use and easy to pay through. We’ll store our daughter’s things there again.

Easy and pain free sign up. Very friendly.

Gina was amazing! She went her extra mile in service and kindness today!

Audrey went out of her way to help me even though I was vacating a unit. That's top notch customer service. We will definitely keep using them and referring our customers/clients from our moving company (RoadStar Moving). Everything has been easy to take care of with The Storage Center - College Station, Texas!

I would absolutely rent here again. The facility was always clean, easy to access, and the staff made everything from move-in to move-out simple and efficient.

Angel was nice and professional while I was shopping around for units

Jonathan was very helpful. He answered all my questions. Great customer service.

Amanda was great with assisting me with a new storage her energy and professionalism is unmatched. Will refer her there customers!

Adriana was great help during the entire process. Definitely coming back!

Kimberly was great assisting in my move out

Stopped by to look for a unit place is clean, we'll organized. Bridget was very helpful.

Update: okay, so even though I was inconvenienced and a little bit lot of frustrated the owner called me today and literally fixed everything. He explained everything in better terms and made sure I was inside the unit before even suggesting it's all good on my end. And this is why I preferred the locally owned compared to big corporations. I live in keller, shop in Keller and love keller. This is just another example of why. Thank you guys so much for making it better for me! Honestly I was hoping for better. I paid and still not able to get into the gate. My code isn't working and no one answers the phone. Nor did anyone show me how to put in the code.

Jasmine and Dan were amazing. Everything was super fast and easy. Great customer service

I needed storage for a few months and KO Storage was very convenient and had great customer service. Even over the phone. I even had to move to a larger storage unit at one point and they made it very easy.

Kept my belongings here for a while, Very safe place to keep your things. And it’s climate controlled so i don’t have to worry about bugs getting in my things. Would definitely recommended.

Very patient and helpful staff. Victor helped us switch units when our light didnt work
