Storage units in Savoy, TX, and nearby areas

Great place to store your stuff

We used Bonham Best Storage for four years, and I can't recommend them enough! The staff was always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond whenever we had a question or needed assistance. The property is consistently well-maintained—the yard is always mowed and clean, which gave us confidence that they take pride in their business. I also appreciated that the facility has a coded security gate, so only customers with access can enter the property. It definitely added peace of mind knowing our belongings were stored in a secure location. Even though the units aren't climate controlled, we never had a single issue with bugs or rodents the entire time we stored our belongings. Their pricing is also one of the best parts. They only increased our rent by $10 over the course of four years, and that was long after the cost of everything else had already gone up. It's clear they do their best to keep rates fair for their customers. If you're looking for a clean, affordable, secure, and well-managed storage facility with great customer service, Bonham Best Storage is an excellent choice!

Been with Sherman self storage since 2/2025. Had a few issues but it was resolved quickly. So far everything has been a good place to store.

Easy to set up, pay, and move in!!

I've got three storages here.. lol great people to deal with.

Everything was excellent Scott took excellent care of me from the beginning to the end when I was doing the reservation online he made sure he called me to make sure I understood everything rules non rules took me to my unit it was nice to get the gift of the lock I appreciate that but yes Scott was excellent took very good care of me

This place was the absolute best and excellent customer service. I never had any issues with the 2-3 years I did business with them. Very clean and spacious storage unit as well!

I am amazed at how nice this storage space is. The ability drive your truck or trailer inside and unload it is awesome. They provide carts to use to help make the move easier, and the place is clean. And if that isn’t enough, they leave you a welcome gift bag in your unit and it contains your lock and other welcome papers. If you are in need of a climate controlled storage and you live in or around Sherman, go to smart cube on Texoma parkway in the old midway mall. You won’t regret it.

Units are clean and well kept with easy access. They have security fencing as well as cameras. Move in process is very easy. They ave multiple size options and r/v or boat storage also. You go online and everything is there for you. Their customer service is top notch. If you need a unit, I highly recommend Crossroads Self Storage - Ivanhoe

Owner is very nice and helpful! The fact that we could do everything online and drop off our vehicle on our time was the best and super convenient! Prices are way better than anyone else around as well! Location is secure and very well lit. Definitely recommend!

Very secure and clean. Easily accessible. Excellent customer service.

Jane sid a great job , very nice and helpful

Excellent Customer Service Quality ?? Very Well Clean and Wonderful People ?? very considerate and very helpful.

This 5 stars is purely based off of Michael at the front desk of the N. Travis St location. I walked in there and had the most wholesome welcome I’ve ever received. He was extremely helpful getting a new gate code setup for me so it was easier, and also let me know there was a lock in the unit already. I’ve yet to store my belongings, but I’m already happy with this choice of location. Whoever the manager is here made the perfect decision to bring him on board.
