Extremely easy over the phone or online move In. I decided to get a storage unit and within let’s say 20 minutes I was ready to move in. Online was very easy. I ended up doing it over the phone just because of needing to do a 24 hour unit, but they are very reasonably priced and the staff isn’t constantly telling you what to do and that you need to leave they’re very Courteous and understand that you are storing things that mean something to you and they show that. Rating: ????? I have been a customer at Trojan Storage of Bothell for the past 5 years, and I can’t say enough good things about the recent improvements. The new property manager, Jessie, is absolutely amazing. Since she took over, you can really see the difference—she has taken the time to clean up the property, and every time I stop by, she is busy working on an improvement or maintaining the grounds. I also love the **new gate code system**; it feels much more secure and is very easy to use. I am moving away from the area, and I am honestly going to miss this place! It was right across from my apartment and gave me total peace of mind knowing my things were safe. Thank you, Jessie, for all your hard work and for truly caring about the property and the tenants.
