Called first I believe I spoke to Anthony who gave me some rates because I was looking for a storage unit I was originally going to go with the 10x20 storage unit because it's for a three bedroom apartment but the price of 169 was too much then I inquired about the 10x15 that one was $144 but then I asked about the 10x10 and it was $84 a month and he also mentioned that they are offering a 50% off the first two months promotion so for today I would only have to pay a little over $50 to get started with the admin fee and the first month's rent so I asked him if it was okay to go ahead and come down and see what they had when I got there he was super nice and helped me with the process I decided on the 10x10 storage unit he got me all set up it was a seamless process I paid $57 today and only have to pay $42 next month on the 9th and then $84 a month after that so I definitely recommend this place to anybody who wants a good storage unit for a decent price and my unit is inside and the building's secure as well as there's a gate outside keeping the storage units secure so definitely an awesome place and it's clean as well ?? they even have carts you can use to move things in which is pretty cool as well definitely a winner in my book!Timothy Best![Storage Units for Rent available at 15702 East Broadway Avenue, Spokane Valley, WA 99037]()

I had my restaurant equipment here for years. I found their facility very well maintained, newer, secure, and clean. I don't even think my equipment got dusty in my unit. There were no issues with animals or intrusions of any type that I know of. I think their pricing was very reasonable compared to other places I've used, and their units were the best I've ever used. If I didn't now have my own shop to keep my equipment in, I would definitely keep using Pines & Trent Storage. And they would be who I would first recommend to anyone. Tristan is fantastic. He’s who I initially rented the unit through, who I’ve talked to any time I need assistance, and he’s always respectful and helpful. Despite having to deal with the inconvenient mistakes of other employees/managers, I’m still giving the business five stars primarily because of Tristan’s customer service. Their prices are great and they’re reasonable with price increases. The location is ideal for our current situation living in Colbert and traveling to Newport sometimes.
