I have been a customer with this business for over 20 years and I have always found all of the things that I needed in order to get myself going. I appreciate the helplessness of the staff. I appreciate the management and I appreciate all of the supplies that are there so I can make it a one stop Shop. Thank you, for always being there for the last two decades for me and for all the other Mountain Residents that I know of that have also used you! I believe you are a great business. ... Read more

We have used this business twice in the past couple months and both times it has been simple and affordable. The uhaul rental timeframes work for real needs and the storage unit rates are affordable for regular family budgets. ... Read more

I have been renting a unit from Mountain Storage for a few years now, and the manager, Lewis, is always willing to answer questions, and is very friendly. First, we had a smaller unit on the inside of one of the buildings, and then we moved to a larger unit on the outside of the building. Both units were clean and affordable. I asked if we could move to a larger unit that was close to the small one we originally had, and Lewis made sure to accommodate us with my request. We have also rented several Uhaul trucks from this location, and the process is always easy. I will continue to rent storage and trucks from this location, and always look forward to seeing Lewis on site! ... Read more

We were in need of a storage facility and a moving truck. Lou was very friendly and helpful with setting everything up. The facilities are clean and safe. One perk of this facility is the drive up ramp that allows you to access the second level without hauling boxes upstairs. We've enjoyed our time here, and recommend this facility for anyone in the area looking to store their personal belongings. Thank you! ... Read more

Storage space is great and access is very easy. I had a large unit that was reasonably priced and ended up downgrading to a smaller unit over time. Lou was awesome and very accommodating. Would absolutely recommend friends and family to this business. Thanks Lou! ... Read more

Kim the counter person is helpful, kind, and very efficient. We rented a U-Haul quickly and she had cards there of people who could help us lift and move stuff so it went quickly and (for moving especially) painlessly! I highly recommend this place. ... Read more

Well laid out facility with super friendly staff. My unit was very easy to access even on the second floor due to the drive-up ramps. The staff was pleasant enough and I felt like my stuff was secure. I only used it for a short time but would definitely consider them again if I have need for a unit in the future. ... Read more
