Honestly cannot say enough good things about this Extra Space Storage location. Shenice has been especially helpful and is incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely cares about making things easy. I work in production renting units all over the city. This staff is the most helpful I’ve ever came across. I’ve had a minimum of 3 units here continually over the last 2 years and couldn’t explain how useful it is to have a front office that works with you to let you know the best options for your situation. This is by far the worst storage facility I’ve ever used. Not only they do trick you with a lower price on your first month but then they raise their rates every three months without notice, but the place is absolutely disgusting. I found rat feces all over my unit and bird feathers. The worst part? The rodents destroyed some of my belongings—chewing through boxes and clothes.
When I brought this up to management, they were completely unhelpful and refused to take any responsibility. They told me to put an insurance claim.
