This location is the BEST and has the most incredible staff. Massive thank you to Susie for going the extra mile to help us out. She was helpful, knowledgable and so friendly that it made a stressful time actually fun. I was also shocked to return to the country after 7 months to find my stuff had zero dust on it after being in storage at this location. In the past i've used other places and my belongings had been absolutely covered in it after a short time.. so much so that I wrapped every item this time in plastic. But there has been no need as everything is in better condition than being in an apartment. Not all storage companies / locations are built the same, this one is top tier. Get in there. ... Read more

Nice storage place. I rented an outdoor space to keep my Wave Runners a few months ago and I’ve had zero issues. They have 24 hours surveillance of the property, which is great. Facilities are very clean. Keypad to enter at the gate to get in. I don’t know about the indoor spaces as I’ve never rented one, but this is a well run storage space. Nothing but good things to say about the staff here and this location. Safe, clean, conveniently located, easy to get in and out. Vicky and everyone else on the crew here are super nice and helpful. It’s sincerely impressive how good a culture Extra Space seems to have; I’ve had storage units at four different locations in different cities, and universally they’re well managed and the employees are so nice and on top of it. It’s rare now to see a business where employees smile, seem happy at work and provide excellent customer service. Over the span of two weeks, on extended daily visits to perform an inventory on a large number of items, I've seen how this place is run, and gotten to know Susie, Vicki and Edward. They're personable, funny, and clearly take care of business. The parking lot is secured, and the floors inside are spotless. I’m closing out my storage unit now, and I just want to say how great my experience has been from day one. The staff here were always very nice, respectful, and helpful. Any time I had a question or needed assistance, they handled it with kindness and professionalism.
The facility was always clean, secure, and easy to access, which made storing my belongings worry free. Even during the move-out process, everything was smooth and simple.

I had such a great experience with Extra Space Storage at this location. Not only did they offer excellent deals, but the staff went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. They were incredibly accommodating and welcoming throughout my visits.
One moment that really stood out: while my friend and I were working tirelessly to move things in and out of my locker, a few staff members noticed and kindly brought us water. That thoughtful gesture meant so much and showed how much they care about their customers.

I rented a 10 x 15 climate controlled unit for 12 years from this Extra Space in West Hollywood. My experience was impeccable. The product offered is the best in the business. The buildings are perfectly maintained and beautifully designed, with easily maneuverable driveways, and wide/high hallways and doors to get to the unit. The grounds are well kept. The indoors are dirt free, as clean as a hospital. No pests, rodents, or insects at all. The temperature and humidity is perfect all the time. Susie and Jose are wonderful people, with whom I developed a friendly relationship. They sent me helpful reminders for rent, which saved me a ton of money not having to pay late fees. And they were empathetic with me when I had an emergency, and gave me some short-term flexibility that really helped me during a crisis. I would definitely rent here again. A+. 10/10. 5-Stars.
