I would use this place again. I rented a unit for a year. I moved out about a week and a half into the month. They refunded part of that month's payment. I wasn't expecting that, and it was greatly appreciated. Management was great answering any questions along the way. ... Read more

I am currently 44 days late on my storage. I went in to pay my past due amount of 175.00 they wouldn’t accept my payment saying this unit is in auction stage. I also came in on Saturday to pay cash. No one is ever in on Saturday even though they say they are open from 8:3pm to noon. I never received my pre lien letter by certified mail. I have no calls. Per Colorado law I can demand to get my stuff they won’t let me get my stuff. These people are really trying to keep my stuff. I move into my condo December 15th. They also won’t tell me when the next Auction date is. This place is a total sham. Update12/14/22 I went in to pay my storage with said amount. Then they increased the price to 846.00 lol. I showed them the email. Judit was of no help. The guy next door came over. I showed him the email and he called Tricia. I paid 500.00 cash. Judit was counting and said my money feels fake lol. The weather was negative 12 degrees I moved my stuff out in 6 hours. Thank you to Mitch Reed for helping me out and getting out of this place. You should have Judie’s job lol. ... Read more

Ashcroft Storage is wonderful! The staff service with Judit has been wonderful over my 3 year usage. They have updated their entrance and are always willing to help over the phone. I would use them again if needed for sure. ... Read more

I rented a unit here before moving to Greeley from Iowa. When I realized upon arrival here that I didn't actually need a storage unit they cancelled my contract and refunded the entire payment. Wonderful and gracious people. I highly recommend them. ?? ... Read more

Storage renter beware! I am in the process of buying a condo in Greeley. However there was about a 2 week period from my closing date and when my apartment lease was up. I decided that it would be cheaper for me to place my belongings in storage and stay with family for the 2 weeks until my closing date. Being proactive and wanting to get a unit indoors, I decided to sign the rental contract a little less than 2 weeks before my move. In the interim, I had a co-worker offer me his garage to store my things in for free until my closing on my condo. I went back in and explained that I no longer needed the unit. I was offered no refund (since apparently that was in the contract I signed) even though I had the unit for just over a week. What a waste of $62. I was definitely not impressed with the girl I dealt with a the front desk. She didn't seem to be very confident about what she was telling me and was very disorganized. Im sure there has got to be a better place to store your things in the Greeley area than this place. ... Read more

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.
