It is clean I’ll give you that but I had a unit 520 I believe that had a hole in the roof, I let them know he told me that they would call someone in to repair it but I would need to be there when they came, told him no problem I live a mile away and I’m retired so I could be there to allow them in. Needless to say no one ever called or showed up, my $2500 king size mattress was ruined and a few other personal items as well. When I told them about the damage the male manager told me to file a claim with my homeowners insurance cause they wouldn’t do anything about it. When I informed them that I was leaving I didn’t give them enough notice so I had to pay for another month so I kept a broom in the unit until the second to last day and then vacated. So be careful when you rent any storage unit. By the way I have been renting from them since 2016 and moved out this summer 2023. ... Read more

The male manager here is rude. I have a disability and had people helping me the first day I rented from them. He threw them out as they were there after hours by 10 minutes. Then told me I couldn't have them back to help me again. There was no reasoning with him on the phone. I will never do business here again. ... Read more

Ridiculous! I called today to let the storage facility know that we would be moved out by this weekend (July 13th) and to find out what our final bill would be. The employee told me that we need to tell them by HAND WRITTEN notice that we would be vacating at least 15 days before our bill is due. I asked if I could submit notice by email and she said no. She proceeds to tell me that because our bill is due on July 18th, which is only eight days away, that I we would need to pay July and August - no prorating, full bill. I was expecting that we would need to pay the bill on July 18th, which would cover the rental from July 18th-August 18th, but to have to pay to cover the rental until September 18th, when we are evacuating July 13th, is absurd! Beware of the fine print ! I'd suggest using a more honest company, as I'm sure this facility will re-rent our space during the time we're paying for it, so they can get double the rent. ... Horrible experience, the man that we spoke to told us that my dad couldn't rent an unit because he "didn't" speak English. The person from the start seem like he didn't want our business, well Evans self storage did plus they were friendly and not judgemental. ... Read more

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.
