I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I had a 10x20 unit here and they raised my rate 4 times in two years. It started off as $100~ and ended up over $300. Should not be allowed to raise it so many times. Also on top of that my rate was even higher than their advertised non promo rate as well. Public storage I’ve moved to, way nicer facility and WAY cheaper. I suggest renting a U-Haul for $100 and move out of this company. Sad because I have them an option to fix it and stay and even pay more than where I moved to. But they refused to accommodate in any way. Poorly managed. ... Read more

I had a great experience renting a storage unit from Chris. He was very kind, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions. The pricing was excellent, and he offered some great deals on the units. The property was clean, well-maintained, and felt very secure. Access to the units was easy and convenient, and the entire sign-up process was quick and hassle-free. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a safe, clean, and affordable storage unit. Thanks again, Chris! ... Read more

Store space in Georgetown was broken into earlier this year. The staff claimed they saw the broken locks and placed their company locks on the units. At least one owner of a unit was emailed they were past due on payment, when they were up to date. Unit owners were not notified, police were not notified, all of the original locks were missing. When the police were notified by unit owners, the staff member onsite disappeared prior to the police arrival. Store space has ignored all police and personal requests for the video evidence, and any other information regarding their units and this incident. I highly recommend no one use this facility. ... This place is impossible to reach to cancel. The location does not have an office and no human is ever on site. I have called over 20 times, left 11 voicemails (which state you will be called back within 24 hours) but no one ever returns your call and they continue to charge you despite multiple messages left to cancel. There is no email communication upon rental or any other time. No response to messages sent through contact us page. If you call the rental/sales office, they tell you they can’t see sales contracts and to call another number, which no one answers or returns messages either. They don’t tell you upon rental that most units are interior so you have to walk long halls to access (or that there’s no office if you have an issue). Save your money and rent elsewhere because this place will scam you out of $100s since they do not answer or return messages allowing you to cancel. ... Read more

Sent email with my concern. Still nothing. Went to rental office today. (Hwy 64 , Georgetown ,IN ) Hours that said they would be open. I checked the hours before I went. Nope closed. I do not recommend this place. ... Read more

Tyler was very polite and professional. He walked me through all the steps and went above what he needed to do to help me find the right storage. There was not any trash or junk sitting around like you see at other places it was CLEAN! They even provide a free lock to go on your storage. Thank you for having a great employee. ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
