I would not recommend this place after dealing with Kathy. She is rude, short, and condescending. After dealing with penny I expected nothing but service with a smile, however with Kathy I got unknowledgeable advise with attitude. When I asked to speak with penny she said “I am in the building and I am in charge.” After dealing with Kathy I will be telling everyone I know to go to Ustore, where it might be more expensive but you don’t have to deal with attitude. Honestly New Whiteland self storage should fire Kathy if they want customers to rent units. ... Read more

Penny (the facility manager) is so great to work with! I am always forgetting to make my payment, and work crazy hours. Once I told her the best way to get a hold of me, she has always sent me a reminder. When we hit hard times, she worked with me then, too.
