    DO NOT STORE YOU STUFF HERE!!! THEY HAVE MICE!!!! I had my unit for almost 2 years and removed my items on Monday only to find all my belongings covered in mice feces. I went to the manager on duty and she told me to call and file a claim because I had insurance. I called and filed the claim only to be told that it only covered up to $5000.. I had easily over $20,000 worth of furniture inside my unit. I was disgusted when I found 2 entry holes that the mice were using to get inside my unit. This place has a severe mice infestation. Do not leave your items here if you want to keep your things. I had to throw everything away because it was covered in mice poop or pee. They chewed a hole in my couch and left droppings everywhere!!!! ... Read more

    I’m giving this place 2 stars simply because I was able to store my belongings here and the prices are reasonable. However, that’s it. If you need onsite assistance, forget it. There’s no telling when someone will actually be on site to assist you with your storage unit or account. Not every customer needs or prefers over the phone assistance. The representatives over the phone, are limited to their assistance because they are based overseas. They will advise you to make an appointment or reservation in order to be assisted in person. There should be a representative in person, in the office during consistent office hours, daily, to assist customers with their needs. The on site staff come at random times daily and there’s no telling when or how long they will be there. Customers aren’t notified of these hours and it’s completely inconsistent, inconvenient, and inconsiderate. There’s no structure to their actual office hours. I’ve came to the site 3 different times on 3 different days. Once at 9am and waited till 10am on a Monday. No one showed up. Another time at 4pm and waited till 5pm on a Saturday. No one showed up. And one other time at 3:30pm and waited till 5pm on a Friday. No one showed up. I would call and leave voicemails and no one would return my calls until either the next day or a few hours later when I’ve already left. I’ve been told that someone won’t be at the property until 2pm. I’ve been told someone will be at the property from 9am-5pm. But when I arrived at 4pm, no one was there. I mean, it’s ridiculous! It’s like they get paid to sell storage units for customer’s belongings to just be stashed on the property and that’s it. They may come in the office to verify things and do a security check.
