The check in is pretty easy. You do everything online. They give you a gate code, the storage number and they leave a lock in the storage place in case you need it. But we were there no more than five minutes when the "Lord of all things Public Storage" swooped up and yelled at us from her car to move because the front of the truck was slightly in the path of another lane. No hello, no welcome, just barking. While there was still plenty room to pass and only one other person in the entire facility (on a Monday morning - not exactly rush hour on the facility site), it still seemed important enough for this woman to be rude and unforgiving of our transgression. However, she was no where to be found when we had some questions about returning the lock and getting a refund and the insurance they made us purchase. The office was completely closed (on a Monday morning!) ... Read more

Mice, mice, and mice! I understand that mice issues can be due to what people have in their units or what other nearby units may have, but this is ridiculous! I only had furniture items in my unit and mice ate through sooo much of by bags and boxes! A mice literally jumped out of a box when the movers were in there and there were droppings everywhere! There must have also been a leak in the units because something formed on my bar stool. I have called the office over 8 times and they have not answered. I have left a message and no one has contacted me back. So many items were damaged and I have to throw them away. If you decide to use this storage, make sure all of your items are well covered! I would not store anything of value in here without protecting it from mice! FYI: when I moved in, the unit was completely empty. When we moved the items out (same movers who moved my items in), all that trash was on the floor. My movers swept it up before we left, but they were disgusted by the amount of mice droppings on the floor. ... Read more

Complete and utter disaster. Thousands of dollars of my possessions completely waterlogged and ruined. I had the misfortune of getting the corner unit, which became completely soaked and muddy, as you can see here. The boxes holding my things completely disintegrated. And when I told the staff member about it, he curtly told me to talk to insurance and then slapped on a $75 fine for leaving an empty box outside next to the unit. Avoid at all costs. ... Read more
