I'm thoroughly enjoying my new unit! The facility is clean, discreet, and conveniently located. The online rental process was seamless and efficient. The customer service was exceptional! The representative patiently walked me through every step, from A to Z over the phone as requested. I had several questions, which she answered promptly and courteously. The name on my paperwork is Terah Neal. Great job! I enjoyed having a curtesy door wedge and moving cart to help with the moving in process. I did this alone, so those resources were a huge help. To further enhance the experience, I'd suggest two MINOR improvements: 1. Providing door numbers for inside units, especially for those who prefer online-only interactions. 2. Clarifying the need to press "#" after entering the access code. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with the service and facility! Continue being great.?? ... Read more

I’ve been using this storage for a year and never have a problem with the facilities. I just wish they would extend their hours on the weekend if I need to get to my storage. I don’t have an issue when I ask for extensions to my time. Very clean and secure facility. Four stars for the amount of time I had to wait today as there was someone else in front of me and more people waiting. Rah was very thorough explaining everything. She did mention to the previous customer about the 10% discount if you leave a review. They are military friendly and support the local food bank if you want to drop off any canned food items or boxed dry meals. ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
