I came in looking for a place to store my belongings. I had never done anything like this and was very new to the process. Brian walked me through all of the steps, And showed me around the place to ease my mind on how safe and easily accessible it is. The customer service that I received today by Brian was beyond helpful, and I’m so thankful for it ! ... Read more

If you want rodent droppings and water leaks in your storage unit, AAAA Storage is for you. The manager told me the owner is reluctant to fix the roof. The elevator was broken at times. The rent increased more that I thought every year. I can’t think on one benefit to renting here. Be careful. ... Read more

If you’re a military service member in search of long term storage, BEWARE! I originally gave these guys a five star rating because they were super helpful in the beginning when I was first stationed here. I go on a 7 month deployment and come back to find my stuff covered in mold and spider webs. I didn’t have the time to sift through all the ruined stuff so I put a pin in it. Another six month deployment and half way through my auto payments stop working. Now I’m stuck paying a huge late fee and no matter how many times I try to set up auto payments, it doesn’t work. So every couple months I get a late fee because I’m not guaranteed internet when we’re out there. My ship goes through multiple work ups and honestly, I forgot about the unit. I get an email when we’re open comms months later, that says my stuff was put on auction a week prior to me getting the email and I pay the auction fee. I hear NOTHING for months and come August I get another email saying the same thing again and they want $800. I call to dispute the charge and they tell me to send them the emails as proof that my stuff was auctioned, and I did. The new manager says I’m good to go. Great. I just got a voicemail from a bill collector for that $800 today. Guess they lied about everything being straightened out. I fully plan on fighting this. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY! ... Read more

Katie Bewley is fantastic! I had a somewhat complicated situation dealing with my storage unit, a U-Haul rental and I was navigating the whole situation remotely for my son, who was dealing in person. Katie was affable, enduringly patient, resourceful, knowledgeable, thorough, and so enthusiastic in her support! She handled the circumstances and moving pieces professionally and oh so kindly. Kudos to Katie’s superior customer service. She truly was a delight to work with! ... Read more

This is what the ceiling looks like on the 3rd floor so beware if you intend on renting a unit up there. I had never utilized a storage unit so I didn't know what to ask or look for. Oh btw... only SOME of the units are climate controlled. I expressed my concerns about water damage and molding to the District Mgr during one of my visits. The resolution was simply 'we'll rent you another unit, but your going to pay a significantly higher amount than your current unit.' Really!? What a great offer. ?? ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
