Britanny did a great job welcoming me. Dee Dee is amazing, she saw me struggling the day I did my first move in and she even had to stop her lunch. But Im a happy costumer and would recommend this location over many others on the area. Also I had to get another unit, came also in a rush but Kaitlin handle my situation so well. I have to say, I have used other Public Storage, and besides the good location, the staff is what distinguish this one. At other Public storages I haven't found a staff that is willing to go the extra mile for their client. 100% recommend them.

I had a great experience with Anthony at Public Storage. From the very beginning, he made the whole process easy and stress-free. When I first came in to purchase moving boxes, he took the time to help me choose the right sizes and made sure I had everything I needed for my move. The facility was always clean, well-maintained, and organized every time I visited. When it was time to move out, Anthony explained the entire move-out process clearly, answered all of my questions, and made everything simple. He even went above and beyond by helping me coordinate access so I could move my belongings out early in the morning before heading to work and before the Texas heat got unbearable. That extra level of customer service made a huge difference. Anthony is professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely cares about helping his customers. It's rare to find someone who goes the extra mile the way he does. If you're looking for a storage facility with outstanding customer service, I highly recommend this location.
