I am going to share my experience of how 3 public storage employees made my day. Ebony, Ann, and Trina are Team players for success of public storage. They went to great measure to make my purchasing storage space for my personal belongings that my needs where priority one I said something to Trina I was sorry to take her time from possibly other customers she immediately told me your my customer right now and later if you need my attention we will be there to help you. Wow I was shocked, and when I went to other public storage with Ann it was team work. Ann went right to work and in minutes everything was completed to my satisfaction. Then Ebony team player answered the phone late in the day and swiftly worked to help me with my purchase issue resolved it to my delight in minutes. I am happy to give kudos to all three team players successfully making my stay at public storage a happy occasion and Ann had me laughing so hard almost busted a gut. Thank you! Thank You! Thank You! Public Storage whoever hired these three did good. I hope they get recognized (Trina, Ann, Ebony) for their working so delinquently hard to make the customer happy! They all three knew what to do in a short time to solve my needs. I got right to storing my belongings I’m just amazed how intelligent and the masterfully taking care of me I felt special. Mackenzie was so sweet and such a big help with the rental process this morning. The process took maybe 20-30 minutes. She made it stress free and such an easy process. We laughed, she had such a big smile and was so polite. She asked me about my day and truly cared about my answer. She brought me on a tour of the property, had me test my gate code to make sure it worked, as well as showed me every entrance and exit to find the easiest route to my unit. She helped me download the app and taught me how to use it to make easy payments, open the gate, and view my account information. She showed me how to open and close the door to my unit as well as how to put my lock on properly. She answered any question and all questions I could possibly think to ask. She was so friendly, and made me feel very safe storing my items at her property. She made the whole experience so pleasant. I will definitely be recommending anyone I know that may need a storage unit to go visit her because she is the best in the area.

This is one of the cleanest storage facilities I’ve used. The property is always well maintained, and it’s obvious someone takes pride in keeping everything in great shape. Justin was friendly and professional when I needed assistance, and he was quick to help resolve my question. Great experience overall.

I just did a rental over the phone with Dan. I was unsure if the space I was looking at to store my trailer would work. I live close so Dan went above and beyond and arranged to let me go in. I was able to pick a space that is perfectly suited to my needs. He then took the time to walk me through the whole process over the phone. I’m happy to have a space so close to home that is affordable and my HOA will be happy they don’t have to look at the trailer in my driveway anymore. Thanks Dan!
