This is my first time renting a storage unit here and in general. I'm glad that I went with this option as Antonio was very helpful and answered all of my questions. He was very knowledgeable and walked me through and made me feel secure about leaving my items there. He also guided me to find my storage unit faster and quicker for easy access and loading and unloading for future refence. There was also a small issue when I checked out my storage unit for the first time and he was quick with removing any items left behind! I appreciate it! Great customer service :)
