Wonderful organization, we rented an office space with Extra Storage and the staff really took great care of our needs. They hold our mails and reach out when anything comes in! Highly recommend if you need an office space or storage. Tim K is the assistant manager of the Bridgeview location and he’s been great to work with!

The Staff is Awesome

As a small business owner who moves around a lot I’ve found myself utilizing this storage space many times. Not only is it economical and centrally located, but the staff is extremely kind. I always come in a little exhausted from moving and Diane helps me get set up quickly and hassle free. There are many newer storage facilities that have popped up but I find North Side to be superior for all the reasons stated above and it is equally clean/well maintained on the inside and around the premises!

The person I called and talked to i believe her name was Tina was very helpful and answered all my questions I had.

Chasity was so helpful and thorough and made the whole process so easy! Great communication and follow up! Everything was well explained and clear! Would def recommend!

I came in to inquire about a unit and had such a great experience. Santia was absolutely amazing, super helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with all of my questions. She really took her time to explain everything and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping customers and making sure they get exactly what they need. Customer service like that is hard to find these days. If you go to Extra Space Storage, definitely ask for Santia, she’s the best!
