I have had a storage with Menands Self Storage for over a year and needed to upgrade. Came in and met with Mia who was a pleasure to work with. Definitely an stress-free process! I would recommend this space and Mia for enjoyable service & experience.

Damon was amazing, and a life saver. Literally was flying out this weekend for a week in France and my Auto Pay was turned off for some reason, so he called informing me of the late fees. Was completely cordial and accommodating after proving to him the honest mistake and that my bank account had the funds waiting to be withdrawn with am impeccable payment history. Thank you Damon!!!!

Great price for what I was looking for and very flexible with payment. I had an issue one month with not being able to pay on my payment date but told them what day I was paying and the fee was waived very nice people to deal with.
