Let me just start by saying, i had a terrible day up until this point... working with Sarina was truly a blessing needed. She went above and beyond to help me find the correct storage unit for my vehicle. From the beginning, she was knowledgeable, and genuine. she actually cared about making sure I found an option that fit my need and my budget. She answered all of my questions and more. she made the ENTIRE process stress-free, and kept me feeling included every step of the way. It’s sad that it’s rare to come across someone who provides such outstanding customer service with a positive attitude these days. I truly Can’t put into words how much appreciate all of Sarina’s help today.
