Excellent self-storage facility. The units are clean, secure, and well-maintained. The staff is friendly, helpful, and made the rental process simple. Access is convenient, and I feel confident that my belongings are safe. Highly recommend to anyone needing extra storage space.

Clean facility and nice staff.

I give manager, Chris, a Five-star rating. He is personable, professional, efficient, and kind. He has been a great communicator and asset to Guardian/Prime since I started with them 5 years ago . I give the rest of Prime Storage a One-star rating. Except for when I can get Chris, their "personal touch" is gone. You can never get a "live" person on the phone. Their billing department gave me false information. It's just silly to speak to "Juan" and "Marcy" in a kiosk. It is, after all, a "physical" business/location.

Great storage unit

My family and I have used this service a few times and have only had positive experiences. The customer service is top notch. The app is excellent and easy to use. Everything you need right on your phone. Your unit number, the gate pass, and the payment portal.

Lance was fantastic the only place I will! ever do storage because of him!
