Car storage units in New York

Skip was a tremendous help when I first rented. I had trouble with my tow and I couldn’t have done it without him! Thank you.

Super clean! Helpful employees. Recommended for all!

Crystal was the best. She was very helpful in getting my account set up and patient showing me different rooms. She understood my concerns and was very knowledgeable. There was another coworker there who also assisted in my set up named Alexis who assisted my brother in law as well. Keep up the good work. Thank you

Excellent service

Amazing customer service always there for you.

The service and friendliness of the staff outshines other storage places I have used in the past. Another thing that I have noticed is how properly managed and maintained the property is. The staff take pride in keeping the building clean and free of trash, if you are looking for great place to store your precious items look no further.

Best service I experienced. Very professional and quick. Definitely a go to wen dealing with an unexpected emergency

I want to express my appreciation for the excellent service I received from Tim at Extra Space Storage in Rock Tavern. I had signed up for a month-to-month rental of a 10x10 unit, but after realizing the unit didn’t include climate control—and since I needed to store valuable electronic equipment—I knew it wouldn’t work for my needs. I called the following day, which happened to be a Sunday, and left several messages. Early Monday, Tim promptly returned my call, listened to my concerns, and assured me that my unit would be canceled and my payment refunded. By the end of the day, I had received a full refund, including the administrative fee. I truly appreciate Tim’s professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency. It’s refreshing to encounter someone who goes the extra mile to make things right. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage in Rock Tavern—be sure to ask for Tim!

Smooth experience. Tim was perfect, helping out with the account creation, code and explanations
