Hi! My husband and I had gone over to our storage unit at Prime Storage Temple Hill Road located in New Windsor NY. At some point We were having trouble with our lock and they did replace it but we didn’t get the new key! When we got there no one was around.. however, a Prime Storage worker ( Ryan). from another area just happened to be there , Ryan did see our frustration and he did everything he could to make sure we got in to our storage! Ryan made phone calls , He looked for new keys and finally Ryan found the golden key! Thank you Ryan for being there, and for having such a great attitude which made us feel at peace! Ryan was not going to leave until we were able to get in our unit! my husband was very happy that he was able to get his motorcycle out for a big ride tomorrow ( Saturday). Thank you again

Quick, clean and secure!!! Spoke to Will who made this really simple. Unit was spotless and as an added bonus he gave me a brand new lock! They also allow you to use your own insurance which saved me a few bucks. Planned on getting some pricing and then make my decision later but after hearing his pitch and seeing the property my mind was made up. First impressions are everything and Will made my decision easy!
