Best experience I have ever had with a storage facility! They are so clean, no water damage! Would use them 1000 times again! Hassle free communication and everything is online but you get an immediate response! Please check them out!

I had such a smooth experience here. The facility was incredibly clean and well-lit, which made me feel totally comfortable leaving my things behind. The check-in process was fast, and the staff was super friendly and helpful in finding the right size unit for everything I needed to store. It was nice to have such easy access to my items whenever I needed them without any hassle.

Five stars all the way for Sam, this was my first time visiting a storage unit, and I was a bit overwhelmed, but this woman made it incredibly stress free. She knew what size unit I would need by simply asking the right questions… simply amazing ???? made the experience such a breeze. Thank you!!

I feel that Public storage deserves a high score of 10. the storage unit is convenient and very clean. And easy access tool. Gated and has video security.

It’s awesome that you can do everything online and I don’t have to go in person to sign all of the paperwork. Omar Ahmed from the call center was great. He walked us through reserving everything online and sent me all the information I needed, including my gate code and the facility map. He was very patient in helping me get everything set up while my dog was barking on the phone.

From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to come across someone who truly goes the extra mile, but Angela absolutely does. She made what could have been a complicated or overwhelming situation feel easy and organized. Her customer service was outstanding, and you can tell she truly cares about the people she helps.
