I give 5 stars because there is a real person maintaining the property AND goes above and beyond to make people feel like family. Sarah is patient, friendly, fantastic energy, genuinely cares and ... oh yes .. her laugh is contagious. I can tell her demeanor is that she cares about her tenants and her property. PSS is extremely well lit. It is by far the cleanest property I've seen in a very long time. Safety has tip top cameras. I want to encourage anyone to come check it out for yourself. You won't be disappointed in the property or in Sarah. See pics of even the back and sides of facility. I don't see trash build-up I've seen at other storages.
