Signed up for a new unit today - dealt with Jordan (filling in for Dan) who was a huge help and had such a great personality that made it way easier to get everything set up and ready for us to move into a unit. Units all looked clean and appreciate the extra security measures with the elevators.

Update: okay, so even though I was inconvenienced and a little bit lot of frustrated the owner called me today and literally fixed everything. He explained everything in better terms and made sure I was inside the unit before even suggesting it's all good on my end. And this is why I preferred the locally owned compared to big corporations. I live in keller, shop in Keller and love keller. This is just another example of why. Thank you guys so much for making it better for me! Honestly I was hoping for better. I paid and still not able to get into the gate. My code isn't working and no one answers the phone. Nor did anyone show me how to put in the code.

Check in and move in was a smooth quick process. The manager was there to help us out and they even called a few days later to assure our move in went well! That definitely is customer service above and beyond at its best! Definitely recommend!

Great experience at Affordable Storage. The place is clean, secure, and easy to get to. Evan is a solid manager—super helpful and easy to work with. Highly recommend this location if you need storage in Lubbock.

Annie helped me out with finding me perfect storage unit. It was very affordable. The lady who helped me last week who set up my appointment was very friendly and helpful too. I believe she had her daughter waiting with her in here but she was polite as well. Id definitely recommended using this place as your unit but just make sure your stuff is covered and protected before you put it in because natural distaturs are unpredictable:)

Great rental space with staff that is knowledgeable. The unit I rented was a great price...best in the area. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for short or long term rental space.

I don’t leave many reviews, but this one is well deserved! Austin Lakeside Boat & RV Storage is one of those rare places where you can tell the owners truly care. The property is immaculate, incredibly well maintained, extremely secure, and every detail has obviously been thought through. It’s clean, organized, and gives you complete confidence that your boat or RV is in good hands. What really sets this place apart, though, are Curtis and Donna. They are two of the most genuine, humble, down-to-earth people you’ll ever meet. They welcomed me like an old friend, went out of their way to help me, and expected absolutely nothing in return. That kind of kindness is hard to find these days. Through them I’ve met an incredible group of people, made lasting friendships, and even found my regular ski crew on Lake Travis. It’s amazing how a storage facility turned into such a great community. If you’re looking for a place that’s secure, meticulously maintained, professionally run, and owned by people with genuine integrity, look no further. Curtis and Donna are pure class, and Austin Lakeside Boat & RV Storage is a reflection of that. I recommend them without hesitation.
