The reviews are real. Loved this place. Amazing staff, temperature controlled units, no bugs, very clean. I left my things here for 6 months and everything was exactly how I left it. They have security cameras and motion sensors everywhere. I purchased a strong lock from them that is impossible to clip and I got to keep it at the end. This place is unlike other facilities. Let’s start with the tangibles…the property is beautiful and clean, the location is away from a lot of traffic and the view! OMG THE VIEW! Sad to hear they cut down the trees that created the view, but you can see the NYC skyline from the parking area and it’s just stunning. The real star here though, is the people. The staff has made me feel like family. I was sad to be putting my things in storage because I don’t want to leave this area but the staff has been so comforting and supportive. I ran out of time with my movers and they even helped me finish getting my items out of the UHaul and into my unit. I know they didn’t have to do that but I could have cried tears of appreciation when they did. Words can’t express my gratitude so I hope this review at least sends more customers their way.
