As someone who works in the retail world, Quality customer service is something I look for in a business to ensure my best interests are intact and what I’m able to learn to develop my own skills. I’d like to firstly note that this is my first time ever renting a storage unit so the process was stressful. I was expecting a rough around the edges individual that was short spoken. Kathy exceeded any sort of expectation I could’ve had without even knowing it. I, foolishly I might add, rented a smaller storage unit in desperation for a rather quick move. It wasn’t until I contacted Kathy to get the rundown on a couple of things and that’s when she advised me to go with a larger storage unit. AND THANK GOODNESS SHE DID! I had an issue with my security deposit refund when moving out, but the owner was quick to respond and took care of it!
