This place is amazing!! I was at another PS. It wasn't great. In fact, I was losing hope that I could find a decent, clean, climate controlled, safe storage facility in SD county. Oh my gosh, I was feeling really hopeless and depressed. I actually love Public Storage in general for many reasons, but this place is so great. 1. They have a bathroom that you can actually access and aren't weird about it. You can just use it. 2. Climate controlled 3. New 4. Clean 5. Staff is onsite 6. Staff is onsite 7. Staff is onsite 8. Staff is so helpful! Yes, I know I wrote that three times. It's important and you don't know how much you need that until you don't have access to it, which turns out to be quite a bit. Little questions and concerns come up constantly, especially in the first couple of months. I actually read about this location on my old PS location's Google review. I was really trying to find a great place that I liked and felt good about coming and going and feeling comfortable, safe and that I could organize my things and not stress if I had any questions or needed to use the bathroom. It doesn't get any better than this. Thank you so much for killing the storage game and making me feel so welcome. ????

Autumn was great! We needed more space & she helped show me some other unit is available. She made the switch very easy and explained everything very thoroughly.

I have a storage unit here have been for a long time... I just wanted to say Josephine is an awesome employee. .she works really hard keeping the place up... She is the jack of all trades ... The facility is always clean.. I really appreciate how she walks through the units every night to make sure everything is properly locked ?? She really needs an extra hand to help with the front end ..... Otherwise she is a blessing... Very good customer service... Thank You Josephine

Great experience. This was my third time at S A mini storage, first time with Lorenzo. Great experience, facilities are immaculate. If I ever need storage space in the future I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. John Engelkes
